SFCN Privacy Policy
With the Senate voting to abolish regulations that prohibit ISPs from tracking and selling customers' browsing history, I thought I should explain the privacy policy of SFCN.
Simply put:
We do not collect sensitive data as defined as "Social Security numbers, financial information, and information about children". Spanish Fork City collects some of that data, but SFCN does not keep the data separately.
We do not share any sensitive data information about our customers with third parties without a legal subpoena.
We do not collect any web browsing data and we do not share any data with third parties for commercial purposes.
However, we do one important thing:
We treat our customers' data as sacrosanct and will protect it with every technical and legal method available to us.
Unfortunately what happens to your data upstream from SFCN is out of our control, but, without a connection to our customer list, it has limited value.
I don't know the policy of the other providers who offer service in Spanish Fork, but as a customer of SFCN you can rest assured that we will protect your personal data even if the law doesn't require it.
